Job Summary
You’ll ensure every client achieves success with our services, from onboarding through ongoing delivery. Your role is about building trust, guiding clients through the process, and making sure they see measurable results. You’ll act as the bridge between clients and the creative team—anticipating needs, solving problems, and driving long-term retention.
Your Role

Guide clients through onboarding and ensure smooth adoption of services.

Act as the go-to point for client support, questions, and feedback.

Monitor client results and proactively suggest improvements.

Collaborate with creative and operations teams to ensure client expectations are met.

Requirements

Experience in client success, customer support, or account management.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a client-first mindset.
